Where the "dead" just might rise again.

Contrary to what your first impressions of me may be, I am not obsessed with death - I am fascinated by it. I don't fear death - I respect it. Death, after all, has been around since life began. It is an integral part of our existance, and we have no choice but to submit to it, when our time has come.

As human beings, our "need to know" is what spurs us to explore space, the oceans, the mind, diseases, death and even that which exists beyond death.

Does your fate depend on the luck of the draw?

Or is the deck already stacked against you?

I'm very open-minded, trusting until given reason not to be, but far from gullible. If something seems plausible, I have no problem entertaining the thought that there could be at least some truth to it. Something needs to be absolutely and completely disproven, in order for me to view it as "impossible".

Given the fact life exists on this planet... one planet among so many celestial bodies and anomalies in the vast universe... how can one NOT believe anything is possible?

We can only determine the validity or potential probability of something based on the scientific "facts" of which we are aware. Who's to say that other determinants exist, but, as of yet, remain undiscovered?

For those who may question my use of this particular graphic (and I'm not going to explain what it stands for, because you either know what it represents or you don't), let me assure you an association exists. That's all you get - end of story.
