I am so sorry about your Grandfather. I also am sorry that you have gone through abuse. Do know though, that you're not alone - others, such as myself, have gone through it, too, and despite the bad memories, someday, it will feel much more distant and you will be alright. As the old saying goes, "That which doesn't kill you only can make you stronger" and I truly believe this. I am rating you a ten for your open hearted way of describing yourself. If you ever need anyone to talk to, I extend my hand. :)
