I give what I get.......what makes you think you deserve any better?

As it says he rates everyone a 1 he doesn't rate by what your profile looks like, so he is being totally fair in what he is doing as long as he never changes his mind and starts rating other then a 1...

What does he rate then if not by the profile? by the person? does he prejudge them? How does his flawless rating system work?
