I attended my friend's Judo class. I saw how a young boy concentrated before he expertly kicked a brick. I never forgot that day. As the boy seemed to have gone “somewhere” before he kick the brick. He also, competed very effectively with an adult male.



Despite the fact that he was approximately, 13 years old. I believe this boy used a mental discipline that he has practiced for many years. As his aunt told me that he started at age 7.
