About your Mentor
Hi. My name is Elena, aka CR8054. I am a human living vampire and I am in the process of awakening. No, I do not have fangs and I am not immortal. I do feed on small quantities of human blood and psychic energy, mostly in the form of negative energy. :-P I believe I have been doing this my whole life without even knowing it. I am an assistant mentor in the following mentorships: The Students of the Bloodstone and The Hunger. I am also a pupil of Omne Initium Difficile Est. I am ACM in the Coven of Royal Blood, Cry of the Banshee and The Coven of Egyptian Mysteries.
Also, I am a male to female trans-person. I began transitioning via hormones in February with herbs and then started DIY RX hormones in May. I began the process of trying to go legit last month. I have gotten blood work done and have seen a clinical therapist. He told me that I was mentally stable enough to do HRT but as of this evening, my endocrinologist hasn't called me back. Its like I take two steps forward and one step back.
I have been a rail enthusiast for over 40 years. My father began taking me down to the tracks when I was four or five. I have numerous friends in the industry, they are mostly engineers now. I too briefly worked for Conrail from November of 1998 into January of 1999. Unfortunately, I failed a functional capacity test and was let go.
I have been taking railroad photos for about 26 years. I have dabbled with video, but I prefer to take still photos. I started with film back in the day, mostly slide film. I preferred Kodachrome or Ektachrome. In 2008, I gave up film for good when I got my first DSLR. Today I use a Canon T5i, with a Canon T5 and Digital Rebel XTi in reserve. My standard lens is a Canon 35mm F2 fixed lens. I have a 18-55 mm zoom and a 70-300mm zoom in my camera bag as well.
