A hour of legs today..not too bad. Doing drop sets from 15 at 35 kgs and then 20 to 20 kg. Man, was that tough work! No gym tomorrow. Sad.
I am disappointed in my performance today. Maybe I am just tired working down at the gym every day, but I only managed a 20kg deadlift today. Maybe I am just trying to squash too much in on my time off and my body is tired.
Core tomorrow. Rest on Sunday.

You deadlift 20kg and you're disappointed in yourself? Girl, there are people that can't deadlift 5kg. I would not be disappointed. You had an off day.... If 20kg is not your best, who cares. You still worked out. You have a BANGING body. A beautiful face. Personality to match. You did your work out. That's a reason for pride!

Why you lift weights?You like bodybuilding?If you wanna make your body harder you don't need to lift that much. For my arms i only lift 5 kg because is enough .
Stick with it Emmy, don't be afraid to stick with a comfortable weight until you're comfortable with upping it and don't be disheartened, it takes time and patience... if it was meant to be easy it wouldn't be worth doing :)
I pushed those leg weights up to 35kg yesterday with a drop set after.
That was a killer so I'm paying for it today!
Upper body and core today, sounds like a bit of an opt-out ! We shall see.
Fit bit Charge2 is amazing as it has demonstrated to me beyond doubt that I sleep much more than I thought I did! It records many stats which us interesting to see and my heartbeat is within 3 beats of gym equipment. So its good to know there is accuracy there and when I go into calorie deficit. ( whopee 5 kilos lost since it was purchased!)
I would highly recommend a fit band. The Charge 2 was a gift from hubby an d a bit pricey at 139 pounds, but he ordered another fit band from China for himself and it is every bit as good at only 15 us dollars!
