Treat everyone with politeness , even those who have been rude to you. Not because they are nice, but because you are.

Treating others as you wish to be treated. Much of the time that becomes a difficult balancing act, on a very fine line of grey. I treat others as they sometimes need to be treated.

If you trust in yourself...

and believe in your dreams..

and follow your star..

You will still get beaten by people

who spent their time working hard

and learning things

and weren't so lazy.

A nice quiet bank holiday weekend ahead, so I think I shall indulge my parents to some treats knowing there will be no disturbances from my staff members at the office.

So proud of my nephew competing in the World Transplant Games. He is to be admired for his bravery and tenacious nature in the face of adversity. Excellent cyclist...next team Sky!

Hoping the weather is dry this holiday weekend as I also hope to get out for long walks in the woods and coast. Visit some more Game of Thrones scenes x

I must admit with all the stress recently that I can't wait to get away. A break will be good for my health but ...I shall worry for my Dad when I am gone. If you believe in the power of prayer, then I think it may help. I hope.

These sleepless nights especially when I am so tired are really getting to me. It's crazy writing to nothing less, but maybe it will help just emptying my mind.

Well... she did say getting your eye-liner tattooed on was less painful then the lips. WRONG. IT.WAS.THE.WORSE.EVER! Bejebus, tie my hands down next time cos I am afraid they may go to flight and smack her one!

The after effects tell me that the pain was worth it though..so this winter and next it's just a matter of Wake - up, shake a shake, shower n' go! Yahooo

Btw does anyone know the name of a real strong topical anaesthetic cream I can buy? Got the 2nd half of lips and eyes coming up soon!

Lazy auld day...going out for lunch and getting some more wine in for visitors coming round later is all I have done today. I even managed to sleep in to 10.30! I think bedtime will come earlier tonight as I was on here way too late last night.

Been assigned a few days work in Liverpool and I know this sounds awful, but I don't want to go. I should be fortunate that I have work to go to, but it's just I am mortified of driving in England and in a hire car.

The motorways have 4 or 5 lanes there and they drive so fast, and I have never ever seen lanes of HGV's before with cars weaving in and out about them before I was there last time. It scares the bejesus out of me and so much I took a panic attack last time. It sounds silly, I know. Just can't think of a way round this. Help eek!

Need another .15 to make this profile up to a permanent Superior Sire for well over a year now. Thought it would be easy but here I am with the same level hehe. I guess I haven't really tried which shows how important it is to the bigger picture. Still any help would be super :)

The way it has been raining here in Ireland 'all' summer makes me wish our summer holidays would come all the quicker. Finally, hubby and I got our act together and confirmed vacation in Venice, Greece and Croatia. 🙌 I can't wait until I feel the kiss of sunshine on my skin and the heat quivering through my bones. With that being said the forecast said we may have a hour or two of sunshine at home here in Ireland tomorrow. I will be careful not to blink incase I miss it!

Sometimes I think there are bonuses in working for someone else rather than being self employed. For a start, it takes away the pressure of 'having' to find work and you know your salary is going to be in the bank on a certain day. Therefore you can budget in order to get bills paid and save for luxuries in life such as holidays, Christmas etc. It's all a dead cert knowing there is regular money coming in.

In later adult life, however this option has not been for me as being an independent Mrs, I wanted to prove that I; as an individual could do something to be successful in my own right instead of going with the flow. So I returned to the hard graft of study and well to cut a long history short became Chartered in my professional field. I wound up the health and safety company and started another in auditing.. I found there is a lot of self satisfaction in success and a certain pride I just couldn't of found anywhere else in creating a self made niche in a modern workplace. It was hard graft and thinking back the hours I put into it was horrendous. Self growth and business growth is like a wee hunny; you must give it time, self commitment, and tlc. Anyone else who is self employed will get where I am coming from x

P..S. oh yea choosing between lifestyles...For me, if you have something to offer then definitely self employed, in my opinion has greater bonuses to offer.
