If I awoke screaming,

I hear your voice,

It soothes my aching head.

While your gentle eyes

Haunt me like the dead.



If only you knew

If only you saw.

And break our laws.



Sometimes I think

If dreams were real

Most surely I know

They would kill

I drabble and drag on

And rant and curse

But trust me dearies
