Not Fair!!!

Well I'm pissed right now!!!

One of the greatest rock concerts ever to happen in this country took place last night and the night before, and where was I?

NOT THERE!!!!!!

Ozzy, KISS, Lordi (who I love but no one over here knew who they were), Alice Cooper, White Snake and Poison played here over 2 nights and I missed it :(

I would have given anything to be there, I LOVE Ozzy, Lordi, KISS and Alice, not to mention that Zakk Wylde was there aswell.

So I spent easter doing nothing at all, thinking that I had to work on Saturday and today (Monday) when infact I didn't so I could have gone *cries*

I can't get off work the week Korn comes here, I can't get off work when WWE comes here so I'm destined to have a year of crap while missing out on things I'd really love to go to.

I'm gonna go and hold my Ozzy cd's to my chest and cry while rocking back and forth on the floor :(

A List of my Favourite Professional Wrestlers

02:40 Mar 16 2008
Times Read: 622

I've loved the sport of Pro Wrestling since, well since I could walk.

For years I have watched it, and idolised those who,

to me, display everything a great worker should be.

So this is my list of the Greatest Wrestlers

who have ever stood within the ring.

: WARNING :

List may be long

Masahiro Chono

Jushin Thunder Liger

The Great Muta

Cousin Butch

Cousin Luke

Chris Benoit

Dean Malenko

Terry Funk

Dory Funk Jr

Rick Martel

Kerry Von Erich

Christopher Daniels

Tatsumi Fujinami

Ravishing Rick Rude

Curt Hennig/Mr Perfect

Toshiakai Kawada

Giant Baba

Kensuske Sasaki

AJ Styles

Antonio Inoki

Owen Hart

Chaparita Asari

Eddie Guerrero

Gran Naniwa

Koji Kanemoto

Christian Cage

Jazz

Rob Van Dam

Sabu

Masato Tanaka

Tommy Dreamer

Mr Fuji

Toru Tanaka

and that's just the start of a very

long list of people who I have watched

throughout my life and respect

the hell out of

You may ask why there aren't many

of todays workers on my list.

The answer is very simple....

Todays "Wrestlers" don't possess the

skills that those before had.

It's all fine and dandy to go out and

work your 5 minute, 5 spot maximum match,

but those men and women on

my list could work rings around most

of todays offerings.

I am a wrestling purist

I love wrestling, not sports entertainment.

Bring back the days when skill andwork rate

were what mattered, instead of

looks and flash in the pan angles.

If you like it so much, have you ever tried actually doing it? It gives you an even greater respect once you know how much work is actually involved...

In response to the comment left...If there were in fact decent wrestling schools in my country, then I would love to learn the craft better, but in saying that, I don't feel my love for the business is in any way diminished due to the fact that I am not a worker.
