The same happened to me, only under different circumstances, a woman was trying to cyber with me and after getting annoyed and telling her not to talk to me any more, I magically received two blocks and down-rates.

Children are a lot different. In the hospital you have protocols and SOP to deal with. There's a right way and a wrong thing to do everything. With a child there's too much gray area and then all of a sudden you're scrambling to figure out what you did wrong when you were so sure a second ago that it was right. I've raised 9 kids so far and hope to raising another one soon. And the first 9 were only my siblings. I can't imagine what having my own will be like. It's not that you're too young. I'm only 22. It's that it's so much different that you really have no idea. The fact that you seem not to worry is what gets people.

The thing is, I always looked after everyone else's kids. The girl I live with has one and she does nothing all day. She basically sits around, feeding and changing nappies. Someone once said to me that you're never going to be ready for children, you just have to take the plunge, and I believe that. I believe I'm ready to take the plunge and learn as I go. I have a very supportive family and I know if I ever got stuck with anything, they would be there for me. Now I just have to convince my partner that it isn't going to be the end of the world.

I would follow your heart, the only way to learn is through mistakes.



Just make sure that if you do have a child you know what you're getting into.

Once a child is a teen it's still your child, it will throw things at you, curse you out, ask for money, and treat you bad, but as a mother you should still spend time with it and love it all the same.



Having a child is a great burden and there are many horrible parents out there that have them for self interest, make sure if you have a child you're doing it to give to the world, not to give to yourself.



As children age it's most common for them to be ungrateful in this harsh day and age, but it's still a parents job to love and spend time with them despite this, less their children spite and hate them, and thus you have another school shooter and tortured soul from parents looking for the next cute face as the child is left alone with only himself.



Follow your heart, but think well.

Children only treat you bad if you let them. I have treated my parents badly, but I was taught respect from a young age and if I ever hurt my parents I would always apologize. We were taught about consequences and all that from the word go, so whatever we did, we did knowing if it was wrong we would get into big trouble. It all depends on upbringing and your own patience. I have the same temperment as my father and I've learned so much from him, so I will likely know what and when to teach my kids. But that said, I may not turn out anything like him, and it could be a completely different situation. I won't know until it happens. Believe me, I've thought long and hard about this.

But ones are cool.

Oh, I don't mind in the least, in fact it was expected. I just thought that maybe, all things considered, he might have the courage to say why he does such unappreciative things, especially as I was polite in asking.

No, just the one and a block, apparently it's a seasonal thing. He must get bored in the winter and be online all the time to rate everyone on the Rave. According to his profile he awards the best angry/upset response a segment on his page. As a low level member, however, his one's will not have a great impact on many people.

There's no such thing as a down rate, only assholes who rate low because they feel like being .. well.. assholes. And where have you been? Everyone's been talking about him for the last few days now. It's nothing new.

Unlike the people who live on here, I have a job and other, more important things, to look after. Also, it was a mere observation and point of view of the current, and past, situations.
