Last New Years Day, I wrote a journal entry saying that I hope this year brings more promise than the last one delivered. Well I never expected the journey that I would have embarked on this year. The most important thing that happened to me this year is I found someone, yes right here on the VR. He has changed my life for the better. He has changed the way that I look at things, and given me different perspectives on how to see things. He has made me look at my life differently, He made me see who I really am and gave me the courage to be myself and to let go of society’s view of things that are “right” or “normal“. In a funny way my life is now normal. How can being who you are not be normal? I have found the most beautiful relationship that anyone could ever expect to find. I have found love and security in being His. He, in such a short time has made me forget about things that have happened in my past and to only look towards the future. He has introduced me to things that I could only dream of and of those that never crossed my mind. He is my friend, my lover and most importantly my Master. I never thought I could obtain this level of happiness ever, I never dreamed that someone could be my everything, I never thought I could give all of myself to someone, when before I always held a piece of myself back. I have never been more open about myself, what I think and how I feel. So yes this year has delivered more than I ever expected, and I know that each year from now on will only be better. I have found what I needed, what I desired and my purpose in this life. I worked through a lot of inner demons and I am a better person for that. I have only one person to thank for my happiness… my wonderful, caring, Master. Funny how your entire life can change by responding to a nice comment in your message box!
