what in fuck is wrong with a justice system when a guy can murder in cold blood 70 people and only get 21 years???. seriously that scum deserves to suffer

ever get that feeling you just want to cause destruction. and just feel raw and aggressive. but not fully understand where the rage and anger is coming from????? . im not feeling like that :P . just thaught id ask :))))))
