There comes a point and time when you get completely fed up with some of your coworkers and no matter how much you hold back there is a breaking point to when you start attacking back psychically.



I have one assistant manager that shouldnt have been promoted in the first place. When someone pisses her off she doesnt let go things go, she will sit there and pick at you and pick at you.



I was at work for no more then 5 minutes, I did or said nothing to her in the first place, then she comes into the kitchen and tells me that I need to work on the other side of the kitchen since the new guy is better trained on one side. I told her he needs to get faster on the other side. She says very rudely and it just set me off... "Just do what i say, I am the manager".



A little later she was ringing something up and so we in the kitchen started making it, then the order started to disappear. I asked y they didnt tell us to not make it. She yells back that she did, i said well neither of us heard you and i told her god you are being bitchy today (I didnt call her a bitch). Now i was a little snappy because she started snapping first. A few minutes later she comes into the kitchen and tells me that If i keep giving her attitude that she will right me up.



Right after she said that i bit my tongue and pretended like she wasnt there or her twin sister as well.



One of my other coworkers came in on his day off so i made a drink and took it out to him. Now i know exactly how this a.manager is, she is snoopy and she always seems to think that people are out to get her or shit talk her when anyone is mad at her. So when I went out to the stall I covered the mic with my hand and leaned again the menu board and started talking to the offduty coworker. No more then 2 minutes later she walks outside and yells at me to come inside, NOW. So i giggled and rolled my eyes becuz by this time i had firmly planted my tendril into her back and was enjoying all the negative energy that she is feeding me, her and her sister are now my vessels.



Later on afterwards i was back in the kitchen minding my own business working, checking to make sure all of my stuff was stocked. she comes into the kitchen throws a piece of paper on the counter and yells at me "You need to do this!" I giggled becuz remind you that i havent been acknowledging her at all but i was listening to what she was demanding of me.



A bit later one of the other a.managers came in and i told her briefly what happened and she said she heard her yell at me out side when i was talking to the offduty coworker.



The mad s.manager left at 3 pm



I got a hold of the general manager. And told her all what happened and she said that i need to talk to her, i told her i refuse to talk to her. So she said well when she gets back from her trip all 3 of us will sit down and talk i said thats fine but until then I am not talking to her. She also said that she isnt allowing her to write me up until she gets back.



Around 5 she comes back in and wrote me up, offduty.... becuz her sister blabbed something about me trying to get someone to write a note for what she saw to collaborate my story for the g.m.



The 2nd a.manager texted the gm and told her that the 1st a.manager wrote me up when she was offduty.



Needless to say I have gotten tired of her bs and normally i dont directly attack anyone and I only feed off of negative angry energy so my tendrils firmly planted into her back and her sister back. Yum. And the simple fact that they are both very insecure made it so easy for me to do so.
