Been sleeping very rocky the past few nights. Crazy and bizarre dreams that are all over the place. Stayed over in class today for some review as this next exam is going to be an ass kicker! Hit the store after class for a few items I needed for dinner. I am making vegetable stir fry for dinner. And since I cannot decide which route I want to go, I will do a brown sauce type one and coconut curry. Just which curry I will use is the next question. I am thinking green. Variety of veggies, fresh ginger and lemongrass, garlic...mmmmm



Then, chemistry.

I made French toast this morning. Instead of milk mixed in with the eggs, I used hazelnut creamer! Yum! Also made cheesy scrambled eggs.



On a side note... it is snowing :(

Well, classes have been cancelled today. It isn't even that bad out. I may have a half inch at best and the streets are just wet. Maybe all of a sudden we are going to get dumped on. Who knows. I am not complaining though. :D One thing about winters here though, I sure do miss my 4WD when we do get it. My car sucks ass in the snow! LOL
