Fun day!!! Took my niece and nephews to the water park! It was a very fun day and my tan lines are so much more prevalent!! LOL
Today I am canning zucchini relish! Nomnomnom If I am feeling up for it I will also do hot pepper relish as well as a couple of 2-4 quart jars of hot and mild pepper slices, bread and butter zucchini slices and who knows what else....
Today...Canned 27 quarts of habanero pickles! Followed the recipe on the first case and changed it up a bit on the second case! As in brewing...now the wait! Hoping to do zucchini and hot pepper relish this weekend! We will see if the market has a good enough crop for me to accomplish it.

I kegged cider number 2 last week. It ended up 9.98%abv and had a much sweeter taste than the first one. I just finished cider #3. This time I used beet sugar, tart cherry concentrate and champagne yeast. The original gravity was 1.077! So the abv should come out much higher than the last one if it finishes around the same gravity. Initial taste was really good! Now the wait.
