Drove all the way out to school, only to find that class had been cancelled. The Prof. had sent the email to the wrong class. Made it home before the storm hit. Candles are lit, no hail yet. Power, still on.

Well, I figured since my kitchen already looks like a cyclone hit it from brewing last night that I may as well do another batch! This time I am making a robust porter. But a little less on the batch size. Cheers!

Finally!!!! I have a batch of beer brewing in my kettle! 7 gallons of my IPA. Just added the first round of four of the hop schedule. It smells so delicious in my house right now.... mmmmm mmmm
