I am currently working on this. I am spending less out in the world and paying a little more on each bill each month. I should have my two small credit cards paid off by June.
Well I am working on my number 1 goal for this year. I signed my daughter for swim lessons twice a week at the local YMCA. While she is swimming I am working on losing a little weight.
I walk a mile on the track, then if the treadmills aren't full I walk approximately 10 minutes up a hill. I don't think that is to bad to start me off with.
As soon as the weather gets nicer, my daughter and I will be riding our bikes to the park and such. That should be good exercise. Then this summer we will spend a lot of time in the pool.
Can't wait for some sunny and dry weather!!
