Well I won't be on much this weekend. I am preparing to retake my EPA test on Monday. I have to pass this test before April 30, in order to get my pay raise. I only have two more chances to pass it it, Feb. 1 and April 5. On May 1, our union contract renews.
With the way the economy is, the word is we will not be getting raises in the new contract.
So I need to get my ass a studying the chemical equations and the math. The math is a killer.
Started watching this show and all I can say is:
O M G!!
It has it all, nudity, gore and blood.
It is a great new series on the Starz network. I just hope they don't go and cancel it.
I made this bracelet out of hemp. The pendant says Team Stefan.
I made these. I am going to try to sell them Etsy. What do think of them?
This necklace is the Kattalakis mating mark from Dark-Hunter series from Sherrilyn Kenyon.
This pendant is the breed mark from the book series from Lara Adrian.
These are pendants I am turning into necklaces. They are from the Dark-Hunter series from Sherrilyn Kenyon.
These are pendants I am going to turn into bracelets.

Those are awesome
Cool. Good craftsmanship :)
I think Mother Nature is giving us a giant shove to tell us, "Hey you, please take a moment and see what you are doing to this beautiful planet."
What can we do as a community to help save the planet and our lives from more devastation?

I am also saddened by the events occurring in California. The seaside is slowing drifting into the Pacific Ocean.
I have a friend that lives out there and I pray that she and her family is safe and sound.
This world we live in today has me saddened.
The earthquake in Haiti has my heart breaking. I feel for the people who are now left with nothing and have to try and make it from the rubble. I cry as I watch the pictures of the innocent people suffering from injuries due to the devastation. My heart just breaks.
It is not much, but I am going to donate $15 to the Haiti Fund. I think it is the right thing to do. These people need our help. If not now, when?
We are under a Freezing Fog advisory!
I just can't fathom that.
Spent the day with my mom at the hospital. We were visiting her brother. He was recently diagnosed with Cancer. He has three spots on his brain and one in his lung and one on his stomach area.
He beat Cancer once. So we are hoping he gets through it this time as well. However, his spirits are low. The nurses said he has been really depressed.
While we were there, we (the family) were trying to laugh and tell old stories that would make him laugh and smile. But he was just having a hard time with it. Which I can totally understand.
On Friday, the doctors were going to start him on an aggressive chemo treatment. Straight 24 hours for like 3 or 4 days. After that, they would let him go home for a day or two and then he would be sent to Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
When he gets to St. Louis, the doctors will run more tests and go from there.
They were talking about doing a Stem Cell Transplant. So the family will have to get tested for that. I am all for it. If it will save a life, either his or some one else.
Today my uncle (my mom's brother) was supposed to get his results back on the biopsy of his tumor. He was sent to Carle clinic in Champaign on Sunday because a cat scan at the local hospital showed a mass on his brain. When he got to Carle, they did and MRI and another cat scan. He has three masses on his brain, one in his stomach and one on his lung. I will find out when I get home what the docs found.
I am taking tomorrow off work, to go to the hospital with my mom.

I love you. I will keep him in prayer.
you are definitely in my thoughts...
Thank you so much!
Why is it every time you think you are getting ahead, it all blows up in your face? It never fails.
You would think that the people who live in Illinois would be used to a little snow. But no, they forget how to drive.
They think because there is snow, there is no ICE. Well what do they think the rain before the snow brought?
They drive the regular speed limit instead of taking there time and going a little slower. Then it when it comes time to stop at the stop sign, they just slide on through and wonder why they didn't stop. Well DUH dumbass. Slow it down.
I had to take my little girl to the ER this morning. She has been sick since Wednesday last. Has been having a fever and a small cough. But her cough got really bad yesterday after I left to go to work.
Well this morning around 6:30 am she had another real bad coughing fit. So I loaded her up and took her to the ER. We were only there for two hours which was a relief. They ran a nose swab to test to for the Flu or RSV. The test came back positive for RSV.
It just sucks because there is no antibiotic for it. They said there was nothing they could do for her. It just had to run its course.
They also said it could last for a week or longer.

*Hugs* I hope she is better fast!
Take care of her and keep yourself well!
People are calling telling me that they don't have any water. Having to send out duty-man to pour hot water into the water meter pits to try to un-thaw them.
The low temp tonight is gonna get below zero. I highly recommend, let your faucets trickle. Collect the water in a pitcher.
I think I have found my little niche to make some extra money.
I am going to make necklaces and bracelets. I like to make them for my friends and family, so why not.
I will post some pics of them as soon as I get them all finished.

A relative of mine has become quite successful in the jewelry making department haha. He was already rich, but I guess he was all "I have a hobby, so why not make more money out of it?". He created his own website and gets orders from all around the world, I think the last place he shipped something to was Cairo, Egypt.
That would be awesome if I could make some good money at it.
I will be bringing in the year at home, after work, with my sick little munchkin. Last night she had a high fever of 103. I called the ER, and they told me to rotate Motrin and Tylenol, every 3 to 4 hours. If the fever didn't break by this evening, then take her to the hospital. Her fever was 100 when I had to leave for work. Grandma hasn't called to say she has gotten worse.

Good luck, I am sure you will do fine. Study, Study, Study...after typing that and looking at it the word study it just looks weird to me...a friend of mine actually said this to me once...
"It's hard to be intelligent, it sounds stupid."
