Grandma gets to come home today!!! I am so happy! No more time spent in the hospital and no more eating crappy hospital food! Today is going to be a great day!

Just a really quick update, grandma is doing much better today. She's in good spirits and is eating more today. Also she starts full rehab. The doctor said that she could possibly go home sometime next week!

Grandma's surgery went great last night, she should be healed up within a month and she could go home in a couple days. The doctor told us that she has a rare condition that was caused by her medicine, boniva that she takes for osteoporosis. Ironically that medicine was to prevent bone breakage and yet it caused a fracture in her hip. The doctor told us that he sees 3 cases like that 3 times per year. Today they are going to do xrays on her other hip to see if it needs possible surgery. So now we are looking into filing a lawsuit against them for my grandma.

Grandma has a broken hip. The hip joint broke when she fell this morning. Right now she's in surgery and they are going repair it by using a metal like plate. They will keep her here for observation for up to four days, then she will be coming home. She will have many months of rehab to look forward to. From now until she comes home, I won't be around on here. The only time I will be on will be to give updates. Anyone who wants to get ahold of me can text me if needed, since that's the only form of communication that you can contact me with.

Today is a really shitty day! I'm sitting in the hospital with my grandma right now because she fell down early this morning. We are still waiting for results of the X-rays, but I'm hoping it's just a dislocation. I'm hoping very soon that we will get the results soon. I probably won't be on here very much, but to only give updates, considering I need to be with family right now, until she's able to go home.
