The male swishes tail in a king like mannor

The female looks at him and growls back without a stammer

He growls deeper and they circle and then you hear the air sing

The tune that brings both them high esteem

He walks slowly to not scare her and makes her aware that he is the one

He will make her laugh and have fun

She plays along with his growls and turns around as to say get back !

He comes back to her and gets in her face and says submit female in a growling bark, and does not give slack

He playfully pounces her and makes her fall on her back

He goes to the heart and sniff her and then licks her on the heart chakra

Slowly he nudges her tail away and then put his paw where it did land

It is a level of excellence and integrity for a customer to be satisfied and meeting an expectation.

Relative to performance and a customer, vendor, nurse case manager, an adjuster or our own team should be heard and listened to as a reflection

Per our product and or service it is our vocation

To be in team ship and quality making the customer come back for more via the association.

Is not only to be there for the customer, but also be here as a team

It is in making someone’s day and hearing them beam

It is choosing your attitude and making sure they know you care

It is in our service industry that we show this flair

It is a performance and drive

To make even the worst situation be resolved and with professionalism strive

To make it a better day

No matter what the customer does say

You know you did something to help a patient and make it right

Knowing you hear their pain and plight

Getting there products and their needs met

To know we are that good and calls back as you can bet

But you see there is much more to this story

You need in the back round team work and a management team that leads it to glory

In order to make anything happen you need to appreciate the people you do have and work together

To get thru it all and get thru the stress and any kind of weather

So all of this to me
