Everyone has those moments of it

Feeling like death and shit

You feel you cannot go on but you can

You just have to turn it around and understand

If you have been raped

There is an escape

If you have been held captive and hurt

There is a way to take it away and not to be kurt

If you have had a miscarriage

And you wanted love and marriage

If you have been abused as a child

Let out of it all and left in the city or wild

If you have been robbed and saw an act of your animal get hurt

Fight back and be it in revert

If you have been mugged and harmed for a cd player you had

Know that being jaded is not that bad

Doing suicide a few times and yet no reason why you are alive

Not understanding why you thrive

Depression yes happens in the darkness

But there is something that can get you out of that abyss

Love of your God or Goddess or what ever you believe

You were created for a reason and will achieve

Something wonderful you can do

Cry scream and let it out, yes it is true

Seek your soul and really know that if you have been through this and more

You are not the only one I too have been there

I am just taking this time to share

Go to them and really seek help and dare
