it is beyond vr trouble shooting..... sometimes in some broswers the ip address does chamge. this is where one would get this kind of page to pop up. one doesn't always need to have a proxy to have this too. for what ever reason. also, one will get this also when two people shares accounts too. but your also right one many of your point of why things happen :)

p.s. let me add..... see vr has what is called a static ip address. it never changes. it is there, cancer pays for this address. now some people internet service providers give there costumers a Dynamic IP which changes offen. sadly then pages like this happens.

There are two types of IPs: dynamic and static. Different internet service providers and cell phone companies use, well, whichever they use. A dynamic IP is one that changes periodically, a static IP always stays the same.



For some dynamic IPs, they change so often that a change will occur during a log-in session. VR will immediately log a member out in case the IP change was due to a possible hack.
