Halloween is days away and I'm preparing a few rituals for samhain , ALL SOUL'S DAY and All Saint's day . In 2008 I became catholic ( I was raised Baptist ) and use a lot of catholic liturgic formulas in my magical rituals . These upcoming rituals will be sacred magic ( prayers , petitions to God ) and arbitrary or grey magic in nature . I plan to wrap up my study of H.P Lovecraft tonight and work some of my moon / astrological formulas tonight . Talk to you soon.

My study of (( Abramelin the mage)) is complete and now I'm studying a book about the cultivation of qi or chi as it's called by the Chinese . One of my magical formulas involves the concentration of chi / qi into any activity that is Chinese or Japanese in origin. To express it more clear it is a matter of summoning the qi and then focusing on a particular branch of the martial arts or oriental form of meditation . If done correctly this will give me ability to call forth the essence of any of the known martial arts for the purpose of attack or defense.
