My dear, I understand your dilemma. You are telling them something that you say is true and no one believes you. But whether it's true or not, it's no one else's business. Most people won't believe such claims if you can't prove it and it's within their right not to believe. If them saying they don't believe you bothers you, then just don't talk to anyone about it. It's best only to tell people you trust about such "personal" information. It's no one else's business but your own.
