The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

The economy is hurting me, and almost everyone I know. In the town I live in, it is hard to find a job. My step-father is 39 years old, and a few months ago the only job he could get was at Sonic. Now he's got a better paying job, but that's not my point. Anymore, if you want a good paying job you have to have a high school diploma, or GED, and/or college education. Here soon I may be starting a job where I'll work from 5 am to 5 pm. I'm not complaining, because my mother and step-father badly need it. 2 years ago, my mother was working for an ice plant. She was hurt on the job. Now she can't even bend over very far, or lift anything over 30 pounds. The doctor she was seeing said she could still work, that she could still do general labor. I've watched her, something he hasn't done, and the only thing she can do is office work. She is suing the ice company she worked for because they fired her while she was still in doctors care. My family is struggling to make ends meet. My step-father went to DHS a month or so ago for help with the electic bill. They said he made too much money for them to help him. He makes too much money, yet we're struggling. Here recently we had an emergency with one of our pets. We had to take him to the vet, and now my step-father is having to work non-stop, he won't have a day off for at least a month. He and I are the only people in our house who can work. I'm not complaining about this, I'm just saying; SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! It is time for the politicians to get off their asses and do something to help the people who are the back-bone of the country.

it is bad and believe it or not in some places it gets worse i have seen tent towns pop up here and there its a shame we help every other nation suceed but our own.
