But lo God in his wisdom had seen that man had made the earth corrupted, into a land that devoured itself – from harvests to beasts – friends and foe alike. And so he sent the flood. And yet we did not drown.
For we learned to swim. In a sea of tears and blood we swam. We swim. For this is what we were born to do. For this is what we are born to do.
Carpe Noctem.
Fear now all ye who have the wisdom to learn from myth, for we are the Nephilim, cast of a time different from now. When kings were giants and giants were kings. Of a world where dragons circled the moon at midnight and ever the shortest journey lay fraught with danger. It was a good time to live. It was good time to die. And the dragons did die, for we drank their blood.
And so we did not die.
And thus it did come to pass, whence men began to multiply on the face of the land, and daughters were born to them, the first born sons of Yahweh saw the daughters of men were beautiful; and came into and bore children of them… calling their seed the Nephilim.
For we are shamed and so do we fall.
