And the screams began in the dark.
Thick and choking the voice struggled to form the words
I heard you cry the first time
You knew my answer did not need words
There was no need
And reality came smashing back in my face.
I heard you ignore me the first time.
My needs not as great as yours.
You weren’t all to satisfy mine,
It only hurts the first time. Then you become numb and can’t feel the shreading of your heart sinew by sinew. Does the brain know that the heart is in pieces, do the eyes see the pieces left over and tossed after the reesembly,
Do your tears know that they are wasted water,
Will your body ever know his touch again?
Will you ever ask to have never lost?
