Or, you know, you could freaking ignore it and not give said people (person) anything to focus on. Sooner or later even the most devout "bully" will get bored when people don't react to their actions.
It's the internet, so there will always be such people. Just stop giving them the attention they crave and get on with your day. Don't involve yourself. Entries like this only hinder what you're attempting to do.

I understand the frustration but I agree with immortal and nicnic.
