Just remember to take a mindful breath when you are stressed. Take a mindful breath when you are upset. Do this when you are overwhelmed. Do this when you are sad. Do this whenever you feel uncomfortable. Do this when your mind is strong, too “on,” preoccupied, or distracted. Notice your breath and allow it to recenter you. Allow it to ground you. Allow it to keep you present.
