We walked slowly the wind biting deeply as it cut through the mountian pass. Slowly the snow fell, floating on cold currents of wind that seemed to howl with hungery rage.
"The trail is growing weaker"
The tracker spoke in a strong experienced voice,
years of hardship showing in the tone he spoke with so often, that was unless he was causing hell in a tavern.
Tracking was his life, the reaons for his expertease,
The reason for his life.
As Laath turned his gaze to Learvert another voice rang through the chilled evening air " A strom is appraoching, If we dont find shelter we will be thrown from the mountain or frozen in our tracks."
Laath turned again looking at lias.
"We must seek shelter!"
The man spoke with not fear but with forboding, he knew the dangers the mountain posed and he knew them well for they had taken his family from him.
Laath thought about this aware that the hourglass of time and there window of opertunity was shrinking rapidly.
( i will finish this later )
He in his mind and heart was a romantic respectful yet wild and yet for no reason the boy could find he was outcast denied the acceptence that the others enjoyed so much.
Pondering and waiting constant confustion the boy endured a constant pain but he did not cry out, his cries where held a smile upon his face and yet try as he might do as he may rejection was what he met,
Those that he loved never loved him and so his heart constantly was it cut and ripped,
In later years those who yerned for his love would find it to be a treasure that none would take without first traversing his soul and proving there worth.
In only the 17th year of his life he cared not if the one he dated cheated on him, for he would simply cut her from him as if she was a parasite.
And never give it a second thought.
He understood others, he knew what it was to have ones mind a hostile laberinth of questions but no answers, he knew the reasons to cut thy flesh to sooth thy mind. Open minded to the point of Rejection.
( Damned are those who have no soul, nothing that sets them apart from the rest, They shall never know the depths of him or the Beautiful, Exotic, Wild, Romance that he harbors. )
My vision at first is that of birds, soaring over the city to see a group of adventurers walk through it.
The city is afloat just offshore in an ocean.
Moving from the birds view I return to my body and approach the center of the city.
Deserted and dead the city looks ancient and yet it looks as if I have lived here my entire life.
As I approach the center of the city I place my hand upon the ground, Beams of light erupting from my fingers as they glide along the ground and city.
In a flash of silver light the city is turned from a dusty white to a rusty blood red.
An arena dominates the middle of the city, the streets are vibrant and colorful fruit is everywhere vendors now are selling to people who appeared from the light and now the city is again alive.
I am dressed in a cloak and tight leather armor, watching the pit I see a human fighting a shadow tiger as it pounces it tears his body apart blood showers the arena and seeps into a storage area beneath the grating.
I enter the pit and look to the beast flexing my hands something feels off.
The tiger pounces and I move with inhuman speed cutting deep ripping the creature to shreds, as it dies its six eyes close and blood pours from its wounds.
Looking into the air I howl like an animal before moving again at a speed that is far from human.
Moving through the city I recall seeing the following.
Pits holding more animals for the arena.
Guards and animal caretakers.
Warriors testing weapons and preparing to fight.
A stadium strangely empty beside a lone figure.
Stopping I look to the figure and my vision changes yet again.
The ocean outside the city walls becomes violent and tries with its might to swallow the city and destroy all within its walls.
Looking to the figure I see it is an old woman she looks to me in a robe and leers at me.
Laughing in a most inhuman way as the platform she stands on rises I jump to stand on the side as it rises some 20 - 50 feet in the air as it stops I laugh again my arms folded and inquire to her
(My first words in this dream and my last)
"Is this the highest it can go?"
It rises again and as it stops she orders me to bring her daughter to her at once.
Leaning back I free fall to the ground the wind rushes past me and my eyes widen I feel as if for the first time in my life I am alive.
I land in a bowing stance before disappearing again.
The dream shifts and I see an animal used a transport enter crossing what I Determine to be a barrier I see creatures attacking the barriers.
As we enter the city one creature halts its attack to follow us.
I stand with a younger woman clothed in a cloak
(The same woman that has been in all my dreams so far)
Much like mine, her face is hidden.
All I can see of her is her brown bangs and her silver fangs.
We stand and my vision changes again (recurring) to a crystal beneath the city it
Powers the generator, the creature rest beside it and explode destroying the crystal and barrier.
Creatures rush the city and my vision now is of the woman, her daughter, and me on a cliff looking to the city.
I can see the warriors holding there ground, effectively holding the creatures and pressing them back.
With one sentence it all ends.
"Do it..."
I raise my hands tears falling from my eyes.
The city splits in two bloods engulfs the ocean, the tidal wave of blood unending.
Dropping to my knees I shake and with that the last words spoken and the dream ends.
"You have assured the future of our race"
I stand in the middle of a series of gates.
A timer above the main doorway.
Outside pouring rain turns dirt to mud and a cold chill bites deep even to my bones.
The timer reaches zero and children rush through the gates in a crazed frenzy seeking to kill me.
As the first of them reach me I grab her by the hand and force her to drop the dagger.
As the weapon falls I grab it from the air and drag it across her neck blood sprays across my face as I howl discarding her and moving to the next of the would be attackers.
Soon body’s litter the ground and water is replaced with their blood the ground is slick with the carnage.
They overwhelm me and pin me to the ground as there weapons descend unto my flesh a woman appears garbed in black cloak only her brown hair is visible she looks to me and speaks.
"Do It...."
As the words pass her lips the children float into the air there weapons floating beside them.
I stand coated in blood and mud I raise my hands and grip the air, as I do so the weapons release upon the youth and tear them apart.
Laying in a coffin the lid made of glass a woman calls my name, but i cannot answer i try to move my arms but there pinned to my side as it slowly fills with shadow that chokes and overwhelms me.
