There are times when I wish I had had the foresight to save the original profile I wrote out for this account when I first joined. There was a humor in the writing that I seem to lack these days. Maybe if I had saved it and was able to look over it I could put some of that back into what I have laid out now.



Oh well. If I really wanted to I could re-write the whole damn thing, but that involves too much work. I'll keep it somber and serious and boring for now. I may change things up in the future. And, hell, I'm never on this account anymore anyway, so why should I really care? All the work I could have done here went into Ephemeral. It's better that way.

This is actually pretty much a record for me for any internet site. Hell, I think the only profile I have had longer is Myspace, because I just never got around to deleting it years ago when Facebook came along. I know, I bitch about this place quite often, but it really attests to how amazing VR really is that I have lasted six years.



It's the people. VR is what you make of it, and it's all about the people you know. I've had my ups and downs with members over the years, but it's the few constants, those on my very, very, very small Friends List who've kept me here. They are some of the most awesome people I've meet anywhere on the internet. And the Admin and staff team. They need due props because they are amazing as well.



So, here's to six years. Six crazy, messed up, fantastic years as a member here. Let's hope I stick around for many, many more. :]
