I don't know what it is about the ocean, but I've always felt a strong connection...I believe it's in the genes...My ancestors always lived alongside the coast...They were great believers in nature and giving back to "Mother Earth"...
Whenever I feel down or lost, the ocean has been my saviour...The one true place where my worries and troubles get taken away with each rolling wave...
How I wish I could submerge myself in the ocean right now...

From holidays is really hard...I've just had the best part of 10 days off...Drove from Brisbane to Sydney for my brothers 30th birthday...It took me around 11 hours...Had a blast...Got completely smashed playing beer pong but was undefeated...hahaha...The hangover was sooooo worth it...
Headed off to Canberra which is another 2/3 hour drive...stayed with family which was great! Went to the farm, fed the cows, checked all the fences...there's 105 acres...can't wait til there's horses to ride...
Did the tourist thing...science centre, zoo, aquarium, parks, lookouts...it was fun but cold, getting down to -7 and 8 degrees during the day...lol
Holidays are never long enough...next trip is to New Zealand for Christmas...can't wait
