it's going to cost me $125 to take some B*&%* to court. this sucks. she breaks my laptop that cost around $1200 new to buy and $700 to buy used at this point.



and she left smoke stains and burns on my wood bench i had outside. that i had just bought for $300.



i knew the computer was an accident so i told her that i would take $300 to settle it but she said that she didn't want to pay it. she had the same computer as me but she had broke hers so she tells me that i can have her broken computer with cigarette burns in it in place for the computer she broke.



now if i replace my hard drive into her computer it dose work but i don't see how that’s fare that i took care of my computer till she broke it and she wants to pay me back with a computer that is to put it simply worst for ware. plus i never accepted her computer i told her it would still cost about $300 to fix it. but when i kicked her out of my apartment she left her computer.



so now i'm broke and i left with the chose of taking her broken rugged computer so i at less have one or taking her butt to cort and hoping that i get enough to buy a computer use or new that would replace the one she broke.



worst yet is she didn't pay her rent so i'm stuck paying her half. and all she did was eat all my junk food and drinks then complain about how their was nothing to eat. so i'm behind in bills with nothing to eat myself.



and yet to top that the b*(&% didn't sign the lease so i can't take her to court for the money she didn't pay.



i'm at a loss here. i work 12 hour shift i barley have time for myself wile being broke and behind on bills. i don't have $125 to put towards the fees. and i just spent over $1000 to go visit my mom in the hospital so i'm trying to pay that back. f*% this is why i shouldn't be nice. every time i'm nice it leaves me at a loss. i give up on people.

Creation of a Energy Vampire!



it once explained to me that those to steal energy from others did so because they did not have the energy to sustain their own spiritual existence and that they where the victims of the world whose souls had broken or died. there for they took energy or life energy to try and fix or replace their broken soul. however the cruel fate is that once something is broken it i rarely ever fixed. so they continued to greedily take from others trying to fill the empty space till their bodies expire.



this was all explained to me before i ever understood what it truly was to be an energy vampire. when i was finding the world of magic was more cruel then i could of imagine and that their were predators of the spirit world as long as the physical world.



my life was never perfect but i remember the day i broke down. when life no longer felt like you had to be alive to live it. i remember when the darkness felt so safe. like a mother bird who kept her children safe under her wing. safely tucked under in the darkness safe from the world. i never would have believed that it thing could of changed so wildly.



one day i found a boy who ended up yelling at me he just turned around and yelled at me to stop taking his energy. that it wasn't right to steal others energy and that he had enough and i needed to learn to not take other's energy. that was the first time i ever herd of anything like energy vampire as he explained to me what i was and how he believed that my kind came to be.



Though I didn’t believe him. I didn’t really believe it till years later when i once again was yelled at for stealing someone's energy. however my only question now is how do you stop from being an energy vampire? and is it true that we are created from broken souls. it makes sense to me looking back at my life that i would have a broken soul. my soul makes those who look at it cry. but is it really true that someone could live with a broken soul?
