Snails put the heating system out by sliding up the down pipe in the drain area, the other pipe was blocked by ice so the boiler shut down because of snails wanting a place to keep a little warmer, I thought it was a stone at first but 4 snails haha, it gave me a laugh anyway, beware of snails they can be cold killers

The heating's gone down, been told on the news that the gas has been used so much it's going dead in some places, good for us here electric heaters are in use for emergency situations. Let's hope no elderly people freeze tonight, it just goes to show in fact nothing is safe having gas storage heaters or electric heaters is a good idea.

I took a nice walk on the beach today in the snow. I don't remember it ever being this cold in march but it was enjoyable, not seen much snow here on the coast in a few years.
