Can't wait for that next step....

Although being packed in a crowd of 8,000 intoxicated people while trying to work isn't ideal, nor is it something I enjoy, I shouldn't complain about the World Largest Disco... it's literally the only night of the year anyone ever openly flirts with me.

So, there's that.

You might see my most recent journal entries as nothing but complaints, but it represents real life. Sometimes things are good, sometimes they're not. Sometimes I just need to get it off my chest.

Things haven't been easy. They're getting tougher. The next few months are going to be a struggle to get through. I have a lot to do.

So the past two weeks have been utterly depressing between this new job, the weather, and just life in general. I need some changes...

Aaaaaaannnnddddd..... back to it.

*sigh*

I don't normally get into horror movies or shows of any kind, but Haunting of Hill House is actually a decent story mixing both the horror aspect, and its long term effects on a family dynamic which makes it so much more interesting than your typical slasher movie.

And it's complex. So I spend more time trying to break down how they wrote it, and filmed it than anything else.

Looks like there wasn't much behind that "Can't wait."

She probably could have waited, and did. There was no rush, no urgency, and no relief other than getting in out of the weather....

We'll see what she actually meant by that I guess....

So, our surrounding constituents re-elected an indicted felon to Congress.

You old rednecks amaze me.... what? Too worried about what the gays are up to in the bathroom to be concerned with someone actually breaking federal laws? The gays are peeing and pooping, and then washing their hands. Meanwhile you're being represented by someone who will cheat and swindle his way to wealth, including taking YOUR money.

I honestly hope you all die before he is up for re-election. You are the worst part of this nation.

Some people still live their lives based upon old times. Personally, I feel the two party system is dead and we as Americans should biting DEM or GOP and bite 3rd party to send a message that we are not happy with how the country is being run.

I vote 3rd party where I can, and where it makes sense, but there is no strong 3rd party platform. America, for all of our wealth, is so uneducated, and so lead by the nostrils by whomever people feel can do their thinking for them, it's ridiculous.

Older generations say millennials are lazy and entitled, but masses in those older generations don't even bother to seek real information, or even think for themselves. I'm to the point where I just want all the old people who keep perpetuating these systems to die.

I have long advocated for an age limit to voting and to being in government, I think 75 is adequate. Once you're past 75, it isn't your future you're making decisions on.

Now we'll see if anything changes. I doubt it. Nothing ever really does....

Trying to do business with large companies is irritating at best. Communications are all responded to with these saccharine coated, falsely enthusiastic responses, lacking any specific detail, or useful information, leaving you asking the same questions repeatedly to get no answers that can actually facilitate building a relationship.

Somehow I'm supposed to believe they're actually looking for business partners to enhance their business.

A dubious claim, from my point of view.
