All day they've been bothering me...
...the server password isn't working... crystal reports isn't working... we can't access anything... give us our password. That didn't work... that's the wrong password...
I must have screwed up the password according to them.
Vendor tech support is calling me... "We've walked them through everything... I can't figure it out..."
My reply:
"Have you asked them to try rebooting the server?"
Just a minute ago I get back... "It worked... we had to restart the server. Thanks..."
Microsoft 101 people! When in doubt, reboot.
