Playing some catch-up - put a bunch of newer images in my Modeling Portfolio.
Enjoy.

Heheh it will get better. I love that waterfall picture you got. You've done it justice, it's so beautiful.
It would be nice to go on a sunnier day and get some better lighting down through the canopy of trees...
Beautiful indeed :)
Faeriemoon remembers this day! Her whirlwind tour of New Orleans.... thanks you in return for sharing that afternoon.

That first guy is just rocking it. I miss New Orleans...
I want to go back. ... It's only a 9 hour drive ...
You had a real treat. I think that's Grandpa Eliott in the first pic. If you Google him, I bet you'll find recordings you can listen to. :)
It sure is Joli! Wow - awesome! Thank you for pointing that out.
You're welcome :)
It only took us 4.5hrs to get to a place, what?, 10 blocks from the hotel....lol It was an awesome walk with an awesome friend to collect awesome photos and memories. Thanks for sharing them again. :D

It's never just coffee! 'Specially not when in a nice city, early in the morning. :)
The naked...butt lady... :(
She's gone, I know. :( Now we have banana hammock man instead of toothsome naked butt lady hammock ...
Good coffee is a wonderful thing. :)

Now I'm going to have Jethro Tull stuck in my head all day. . . .
There's nothing wrong with that.

I liked that post. It is interesting to me to see behind the scenes stuff. The end results are cool, but how did thy get there is fascinating I think.
I agree. I have often seen an amazing photo and thought, what went into the process of making it? Not even just the setting, the lighting... what have you - but the mindset of the artist. The conceptualization of it.
That is one of the many amazing parts of being so close to Morri - she has ideas constantly. If we put our time and resources into every idea she and I bounced off of each other, our lives would be insane... but from those concepts, from those ideas, from those brainstorming sessions, she brings so many incredible images to life.
To see it happen through every step is a gift.

Those are some BIG pinchers o.0
Tiny bug. Probably only an inch long. They're pretty common here though... the kids had it scared into playing dead... once it felt safe to run, boy did it run. Damn thing was FAST.

I love that boat. I can't wait for the summer. We should go to the waterfront all the time and photograph people. It is so quietly alive there.
It is. I would love to find other spots along the lake too.
I wonder how many people will see the shots of the sunset across the lake and realize that distant shore the sun is setting behind is actually Canada...
THose are quite lovely. :)
I can't wait to come home.
I like all three, but for different reasons. The top is light and texture. The middle for the splash of color contrast in the sails. The bottom the contrast of light and dark/bright and dark. Very cool man.
Beautiful. Blog away :D
I really like the one with the lighthouse, makes me want to be there.
When I see the picture of the Lighthouse, it makes me want to listen to Gordon Lightfoot, The Wreck of the Edmunds Fitzgerald.
I do love these as well. I love most things related to water, sunsets, boats, and lighthouses. :)

OMG that floor shot is so cool. I love the texture of the floor and how you captured the anticipation of such an usual show getting ready to welcome its guests.
*unusual. usual? wtf...
Heh.
Thanks love. I did like it - felt the shot was a bit... eye-catching. As is the model in the swimsuit....
I'm an attention whore like that.
That floor shot is good. The light at the end of the tunnel...makes me wonder what lies behind that door.
- great pictures as always.
Keep on blogging!
Fun pics man, no doubt ;)
