yea some people can be a little anal about what you rate them then of course they deny it saying they dont care what you rate them never ending battle *smiles

It's not even worth it to rate some people.
It would be like standing around a rabbid wolverine just to say, "Your coat is nice and shinny and you have pretty white teeth, but the foam on your lips detracts from the over-all aesthetics, so I'm only giving you a 9."
