4 eggs
1/4 cup margarine/soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoons
1 cup angel flake coconut
take all ingredients, put it in a blender and puree.

Pour blended mixture into a pan or baking dish sprayed with PAM and bake at 350 F for 1 hour and let it cool to set then serve! Keep REFRIGERATED.
1 packages yellow cake mix
1. 3.5 oz package vanilla pudding
3 large eggs
1 1/3 Cup cold water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup angel flake coconut
1 can of coconut milk
(topping)
1 tub of cool whip
1 cup of angel flake coconut
add water and eggs together and beat, then add the vegetable oil, pudding mix, cake mix, and coconut together. Pour into pan lined with wax paper ( or spray and flour the pan your choice) bake at 375F until toothpick comes clean from the center.
let the cake cool, poke various holes in the cake and then pour the can of coconut milk (coco Lopez) on the cake and let it soak for two hours.
after the cake is soaked and cold you can take as much whipped cream and coconut as you want and whip it together and spread on top and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
