Ever wonder about your place in the "war on terror"? Ever questioned the government or wonder about your safety?

According the the Dept. of Homeland Security and now Sen. John McCain any citizen, including supporters of Ron Paul, those who carry the Constitution with them, and many more could be deemed enemies of America and held for decades with no charges and no trial.

1. Sen. John McCain wants to allow U.S. citizens to be arrested, held indefinitely

Here was my short Thanksgiving Day message for this year.

"Thanksgiving 2011

Today is Thanksgiving Day, a day when we come together as family and friends and stuff our faces but it’s also a day, as every day should be, that has a spiritual side to it. A day for us to give thanks and remember what life means and to remember the very truth of reality that God exists, that Jesus lives and that through him we can have even better days and years to give thanks for in the future.

You read throughout the Bible of many men and women giving thanks to God, Moses did, David did and Jesus did. Christ taught us how to pray and give thanks for each other but he also taught us how to give thanks to God for the bad stuff in life.

It’s real easy to say “thank you Lord” for a great meal, or for friends/family, or because we got a new job but life isn’t always wonderful. Life can be full of hardships too but again Jesus taught us what to do. Jesus never whined to God and even when he knew he would be arrested, brutally beaten and killed instead of saying “OK I want to stop” or “why me” Jesus simply prayed and asked that if it was God’s will that he be crucified for God to give him the strength to do it.

We aren’t thanking God that we got the flu or became disabled; we are thanking God for the opportunity to be like Christ. We are thanking him that through our hardships we can learn to lean on Christ, to trust the will of God and for the chance to overcome. So thank him in the good times and the bad and when confronted with a problem or sickness to ask the Lord for the strength and inner peace to go through it, especially if what you’re going through really hurts or looks hopeless.

As Christians we are often told to look forward and gear our lives toward Heaven but God didn’t make us human so he could be with us when we’re dead, he made us so that we might have life. We are only alive for this moment, not 10 minutes ago and not 10 minutes from now, we live just this second so let us remember the true meaning of what it is to live. That meaning is coming together, being thankful, loving each other and most importantly sharing the love of God to others that in us we should exemplify.

If Christ is in you then let his light, your light, shine and be a symbol of hope to others. The best way we can thank and praise God is to be praise itself in our everyday life to the wonders of God."

Ron Paul is the ONLY adult out of all the presidential candidates. He's also the only one who gives a damn about human life and understands we shouldn't send our troops someplace to die so easily.

Things like this makes me wish we did live in a dictatorship with strict breeding laws. At least we'd get ride of the throngs of morons who are causing the problem, not offering real solutions.

While going through some military info I came across an interesting Chinese testing ground that was active 2004-2007 mainly, still has some stuff going on now though.

I've seen a lot of US tactics but the Chinese military is a little different and their whole mindset is a) aimed at combating the US military, b) using out-of-the-box thinking, c) creating novel technologies and ways of approaching a problem. They took the Soviet systems and whatever US technology they could steal but then infused it with their own unique ideas to come up with a pretty different approach (even if at sometimes simple) to getting where they want to be.

Item A

What I feel to be designs aimed at researching camouflaging airstrips.

(8-2003)

(5-2005)

Item B

Calculating bomb damage

(3-2006, pre-blast)

(9-2006, post blast)

Item C

Ionosphere radio research (similar to the US HAARP program). Building it.

(4-2005)

(5-2005)

(9-2006)

Item D

Target practice etc

(6-2005, these are 10,000 foot long runways)

(9-2006, notice the bomb craters)

Another fun fact: Norma Jean was a woman who helped create the first UAVs and then later became an actress and one of the biggest sex icons.. Marilyn Monroe. ^_^

It's been a while since I've been here so here is what I'm coming back with.

My first 2 forum entries:

Thread - E=MC2..Oh Really? Question: Scientists who have long claimed they know how it all works are now in a panic.

For years now, we alternative types have stated they have it a bit wrong.

But they had the math and experiments to prove magick and alternative beliefs were "Mumbo jumbo"

Now, it seems they are not so sure. Several leading scientists are coming out of the "closet" stating alternative universes that touch our own could be responsible for breaking Einsteins Golden rule of relativity. This rule is that Energy/ Mass and stuff in the universe cannot go faster than light.

Now they've discovered neutrino's that seem to break this golden rule.

My reply: Anyone who claims to know everything isn't a scientist first of all. And science has never claimed to "know it all".

Second, the neutrino event has NOT been validated, it could well have been just an error.

3rd, before you get your panties in a bunch just because we don't know something doesn't mean the moon is a goddess nor that the stars wield influence over our destinies.

As for dark energy and dark matter, quit reading into things. The "dark" is no more metaphysical than the hair on your head. It is simply a descriptive term, something science tends to do...describe things.

Dark energy = the as of yet unknown force causing the universes expansion to increase.

Dark matter = the unknown force keeping galaxies from flinging themselves apart as they should do under "normal" circumstances.

The issue of faster than light isn't that much of a bombshell in reality. During the inflationary period the entire universe expanded faster than light and even now galaxies at the far reaches of the universe are moving at 95%+ the speed of light. Matter can't travel faster than light, space on the other hand can and it does, many times the speed of light.

Multiple universes, dimensions etc has all been under serious research for decades now. We now believe that not only are multiple universe & extra dimensions possible but they may in fact be the reason for our existence.

Perhaps your "alternate beliefs" are nothing more than undiscovered science, as nearly all beliefs have been...except those proven wrong.

What isn't known is not mystical, it is simply not known. And things we may observe that haven't been explained is just that, hasn't yet been explained. Science as we know it is incredibly young and you're surprised that it doesn't have all the answers for a 14 billion year old universe? Please. Science is the tool with which we find answers and nothing more; and it's generally all we need because if something can't be observed, if it can't be tested then any reasonable person must say "it may not be at all."

Thread - Infection Question: My question is this: As humans continue to tear up land and move deeper into once protected areas, like rain forests, and as we continue to populate and make more enemies, new emerging, and re-emerging infections have definitely become a problem.

Do you think it's possible that a widespread infection (whether terrorist or just accidentily brought here) is something likely to happen?

My Reply: Of course a massive pandemic will happen, they happen all the time relatively speaking. The real question is will the government overstep its bounds especially in the case of limited infection spreads. The gov has a tremendous amount of power (unconstitutionally) that rests in the hands of a few, mostly unqualified, people except for the fact they have power. That's what I worry about.

Killing the planet and the evil humans getting sick from it is just silly in my opinion. Nature is not a thing, it is the collection of all things with NO will or consciousness of its own. The Earth can't fight back, it can however respond to changes in the same way a tree moves its branches to reach sunlight aka basic chemical reactions and simple feedback systems. Humans are a part of nature no less and no more than the ants we step on and our actions are exactly what "nature" allowed because we evolved them, thus cars are natural. Animals wreck the environment and kill each other the same as humans the only difference is we can do it on a larger scale.

Now, part of infection and virus adaptation isn't from us uncovering some disease in a newly cleared forest but the act of infecting itself. When I get sick and pass it to someone else my immune system and the other persons' immune system will attack the virus or bacteria and the infectious agent will adapt to those attacks possibly turning itself into an even more dangerous disease over the course of time. Whether from deforestation, human to human or animal to human transmissions we will see new diseases and time to time many millions will die.

The sad part is government also permits tens of millions to die for the sake of insects. In the case of DDT and malaria our all knowing all wise governments (at the behest of self serving "uber" environmentalists and weak will of Western citizens) have said the illness of 3 billion humans is worth the protection of a a bird (look it up). When we have the means to save millions of lives but don't, there's your evil.

Thanks to the ever expanding universe the Andromeda galaxy is moving away from us at around 50 km per second. A galaxy 13 billion light years away however is moving at 281,533 km/sec...the speed of light is 300,000 km/sec. And in fact the farthest galaxy known galaxy is moving at over 95% the speed of light or 285,865 km/sec.

Of course the real riddle is this, is the galaxy moving or is space moving? (you'll figure out how it can go so fast if you guess the right answer)

Space is stretching. o.o

Right?

Yup :) Space, while being an actual physical real part of the universe has no mass and as such can travel fast than light. The matter within space is then able to be moved by the space. The rate of acceleration is actually pretty slow, only 70.6 km/sec per 3.26 million light years relative to the observer.
