I found this on "Conservapedia.com" about homosexuality, a site which is actually visited by a lot of people.



On their talk page



"I just would like to point out, that if gay gene existed, it would mean that on the ground of theory of evolution, homosexuality is kind of genetic defect. Somehow most of people talking about this subject never go to this conclusion, because they are against at least one of the premises. The liberals won't admit that because they believe in evolution, believe in gay gene, and believe that homosexuality is equal with heterosexuality. The third one makes the conclusion politically incorrect for them. If we just reject the third assumption, we get the conclusion: homosexuality is genetic defect. At least if evolution is true"



I guess he doesn't know what genetics or adaptation or mutation means. *All* DNA is the result of defects aka mutations. The most heterosexual, white, neo-Nazi male on Earth is nothing but a combination of countless genetic mutations which give rise to variations in life.



Blues eyes, blonde hair, these are recessive traits. Being tall, a genetic defect when compared to our original state.



Folks, the only thing that makes a defect harmful is if the outcome is flawed in it's ability to survive.



The only "problem" is that of reproduction and gays have the ability to reproduce (our junk still works). The issue is many of us don't want to, or would prefer to adopt (the same as many heterosexuals). Why don't we want to? Because the act required goes against our nature but it isn't something we are defective in.



The lack of reproduction is something you can see in every modern society. Nearly every first world nation has seen a drop in reproduction rates while life spans have increased. To me this seems natural. The longer you live the less children you need to carry on your genes. The more children you have the more food you need to produce to feed the population for ever longer periods.



And I assure you, the ratio between the slow down in new babies and the number of gays is nowhere near proportional.

Here's my take on the whole Trayvon Martin case. Please read it and think with an open mind.





First this is my run down of what I think actually happened.



-- Trayvon was walking to his fathers' home from the store when Zimmerman spotted him in a hoodie, a stranger in a gated community. Knowing there had been crimes in the area he follows Trayvon (whose face is covered up and could well be up to no good). Trayvon spots Zimmerman and confronts him, a fight ensues (both beating each other) and finally Zimmerman uses his gun and kills Trayvon. --



Now lets lay down some facts.

1. Trayvon was NOT an innocent little child. He was over 6'3 tall, 150+ lbs, had tattoos, was a known drug user and had been at trouble in school for having burglary tools and with graffiti.



2. George Zimmerman, not a caucasian, was 5'8" and was the only neighborhood watchman of the community. In the year prior to the shooting there had been 9 thefts, 8 burglaries, over a dozen break-ins and 1 shooting. He had been licensed to carry a gun since 2009 after being urged to buy one from a police officer.



The reality is this was not racially motivated and the media went way out of bounds trying to portray this as the cold blooded murder of an innocent baby faced young boy.



This is Trayvon:

After the shooting the media took this up as their ultimate call for "justice" when in fact they were doing little more than pushing an agenda. And it worked. Millions came out, ignoring (or not even looking) for the real context or facts. They called for Zimmerman's death, they assaulted others, even killed more innocent lives. The "leaders" of the black community showed themselves to be more racist than Zimmerman was portrayed to be and pushed for vigilante "justice". On top of that the very president of the US weighed in on the issue, something which was beyond despicable.

A well know star even sent out a Twitter message giving away what he thought was Zimmerman's home address. What reason would anyone do that except in an attempt to have Zimmerman harmed? It turned out to be wrong and was actually the address of a retired couple.



Did Obama ever say he wished he had a son like the 13 year old who was set on fire in March? (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/you-get-what-you-deserve-white-boy-13-year-old-set-on-fire-in-horrific-racially-charged-attack/) Where is the media outrage over any of the recent black-on-white attacks? Nowhere.



I can understand the outrage over any death when it seems the police acted inappropriately but the outrage should be aimed at the police, not calling for the "capture" of a man who hadn't fled and who had yet to be charged.



The fact is there is a major double standard and the millions of idiots who got up in arms over this case is proof of how lacking they are in critical, open minded, thinking.



The only cards the left has to play is racism, gun control and class warfare and the American people are all too eager to play along. Folks like Jesse Jackson are more racist than George Wallace and couldn't care less about the rights of the individual. So long as Americans can be divided over race and follow without question the double standards (be it race, sex, politics) then the REAL problems facing our society can't be solved nor can the propaganda that comes out of both parties be crushed.



In the end the shooting probably didn't have to happen and Trayvon was more than likely not doing anything wrong. However, what this case turned into shows just how racist, judgmental, uncaring and willing to capitalize on tragedy people can be.

When talking about the military I hear a lot of "thank you for your service" and "thanks for defending my freedoms". And while those who do serve are brave and worthy of praise there hasn't been a single soldier in the past 20 years who fought or died for American freedom or liberty and to think they did is simple minded.



The thousands who have been killed and injured did so for illegal and immoral wars they had no choice in fighting.



While they prepare to make the ultimate sacrifice and do so wanting to truly defend our liberties the real outcome has been nothing but a total waste of lives.



If anything the wars of the last 2 decades have done more to HARM American freedom, individual liberty, the Constitution and create new enemies than they have securing the rights of Americans and bringing "peace" to the world.



The evils of democracy shouldn't be spread by force of arms especially when you turn around and kick out the democratically elected government a few years later.



Democracy breeds tyranny and fighting for democracy for others (not America) without even thinking about women's equality, education, freedom of religion or speech, it's just stupid.



Thanks to our government and the military brass we have thousands of dead soldiers, trillions in lost treasure and nearly 1 million dead innocent civilians across the globe.



How's that for defending us?

It's called private property and I will discriminate against anyone for any reason I want to. I will hire or fire anyone for any reason. If what I do is wrong then my life or business will suffer.



I do not recall the Constitution being changed to allow government to own or control what I do with MY life.



I will marry a man and I will read the Bible in public spaces.



Government control is not the answer. Stop whining about being black or female you stupid twits. You don't have the right to force people to help you, or hire you, or educate you in the private world. Do you not realize how WEAK you make yourselves sound by needing the government to protect you from someone who isn't actually hurting you? If they say no to you, go someplace else. It's called choice, individual liberty and the right to be a jackass if so chosen.
