People like Sandra Fluke are total idiots.
A bit annoyed by his random crappy attitude with no explanation but a good day over all.
And on VR for some reason I seem to be a lightening rod for those claiming some great mystical connection between their PMS and world disasters (no really). I'll never understand how some people can be so full of themselves and so full of doubt they'll truly believe there is some legitimate link between who or what they are and natural occurrences. All of course with no supporting facts.

Why?

Because she doesn't need the tax payer or anyone to pay for her BC. It's a choice, period. And no one has the right to force an employer (especially a religious one) to pay for something that is elective. No one is trying to keep women from birth control, period.

You wouldn't be happy to know then that the Marine Corps (your tax dollars) paid for my birth control for eight years. I was thankful for it as I was trying to be responsible, and definitely not a 'slut'. Lord knows the military pays crap. And it's easy to say, "just don't have sex then", if it isn't an issue for you. That seems to be commonplace for women's issues.

Many doctors appointments are elective. Sure some would excuse them as for reasons of health, but so is birth control and the visits required to obtain it.
Businesses are already forced to pay for insurance to cover things such as drug rehab and even some plastic surgery.
No one is trying to keep birth control from women, and no one is trying to keep general health care from the population. However, both are becoming increasingly hard to afford.
I think if we are going to start calling people idiots for asking the government for support, then sooner or later the spotlight will land on people who are least expecting it.

Military service is different.
As for asking the gov for help, you've got to be kidding me. Don't you realize the REASON for the higher costs? Why is it that we spend more on education now than at any other time yet reading scores have flat lined since the Dept of Edu was formed? Or how about rising tuition etc? When the gov mandates things and becomes involved the free market system breaks down and you get higher costs.
Come on, I'm surprised by those comments a lot.
