Welcome to my first journal entry. If you read my profile, then you should know that my love for writing has been renewed, and I've become quite prolific. I've been a blogger for quite some time, but not as steadily as in recent months. There's a reason for that, but it's a long story best saved for another time.



On my profile, I also stated that I mostly write sci-fi and fantasy stories. This is where the warning comes into play. My stories contain mature themes (read ADULT content.) While they do have their moments of humor and occasional fluff, they also have some dark, violent tones.



It's not uncommon for me to incorporate sexual themes into my writing. The fan fiction that I'm currently writing is no exception. I've had to post it in the Mature section of fanfiction.net because it has several explicit sex scenes, including rape.



I have been known to write flat out erotica. Sometimes it's the "I just want to make your body quiver with excitement" stuff, and sometimes it's darker, kinky stuff. I had a professor in college who offered extra credit to anyone brave enough to write erotica, good erotica, and put it under her door. I was apparently the only brave soul who did this, and I did it often. It was one of the best writing classes I ever had.



This is not to say that all of my stories have sex or graphic violence in them. I will usually put a warning in the title when they do. If you aren't bothered by that, then feel free to read my Stories section. If it does bother you, or if you're under 18, then you might want to skip those stories or bypass that section altogether.
