Some crafts of late, with the help *ok ok- lots of help* of Nightgame's sister.
:)
Orange Boa, plastic spiders from the dollar store. Wreath, and a nice spider ribbon. Touch of 'bling' and we have my Halloween wreath. Thinking in my living room. :D
This was more her then me as I can't do this kind of wreath. But I did help pick out the Halloween decorating for it tho. See this in the Office front entry area. :)
She did a wonderful fall one too, going to share just to show it off. ;)
What?? You know your neck wanted to stretch that way to look at them... ;)

I like the Halloween (1st one). But how did you keep the circular shape or is it a secret?

No secret. You buy a styrofoam wreath and wrap it in the orange rope, using hot glue to 'tack it' in places to cover the wreath. (I wraped the wreath in a orange cloth stripes first, just to make sure none of the white showed.)
Then it is some glitter on the spider with a sticky spray, a jew stone on a few the hot glue. The ribbon was all her as I can't make a bow.
She made a hanger on the back of the bow to hang it with and that is how it was made.
Found the idea, photos of some on Pintrest and had to give it a go.
Winter is going to be a white feather one, blue and crystal snowflakes, etc. :)
Simple really and cost about $18.00 to make.
And yes- we have fun doing these, joking around.
