I just wanna forget,

What happened today,

How you used me for months,

Then threw me away,

How I was nothing more,

Than a pawn in your game,

Nothing more,

Than a face with no name,

You lied to me once,

Then did it again,

Over and over,

Till finally when,

You let the lie drop,

And showed the true you,

Then left me heart crying,

My heart broken in two,

So yes I would like to forget,

What happened today,

If only to make the pain,

Finally go away.
