I snarl, growl, snap and show my teeth when things ruffle my coat like a big old nasty beast. But as we snuggle and cuddle, we feel each others heart beat. Our breaths are in unison, some light and some deep. We do this when it rains and, when it’s cold and wet.

We do this when we sleep - and it calms the rage of this nasty old beast.So always remember that when I stomp my feet, you know how to calm this grumpy bear.
