Sally, Elisya and Benson make it back to the Inn, as the sun creeps up over the town. The innkeeper looks at Elisya, smiles and nods his head.

"Put Sally in the room next to yours Elisya" the Innkeeper says. Benson and Elisya walk Sally upstairs to room 313- the room next to theirs. Sally says thank you and goes inside to sleep.

Benson and Elisya go into their room for the day and sleep also- it had been a long night and the man with the gaunt face was still on Elisya's mind.

When Elisya and Benson woke up, it was to shouts coming from downstairs. They race downstairs to find the innkeeper bailed up against the counter by a man with a blade. Sally is downstairs cowering behind a table watching everything without making a sound.

Sally Catches Elisya's eye and Elisya tells her to remain quiet, no matter what happens. Sally nods in acknowledgement and stays quiet.

"Why have you come to this Inn Sir?, Elisya asks the man with the blade.

"I am Augustus Ravenward and I am looking for Sally Porter, I was told by Markus Sinner that she was here", he responds to Elisya.

"What is Sally Porter to you, Markus? Elisya enquires of him.

"Sally Porter is my niece and I am here to take her home, to Ravenward Manor." Markus says without looking at Elisya.

"Why do you have our innkeeper by the thrust at blade-point?" Elisya responds calmly.

"Because this man lies and says she isn't here and I know she is", Markus spits.

The innkeeper looks terrified at Markus who still has the blade at his throat.

"I don't know anyone by the name of Sally Porter", the innkeeper says with a shaky voice.

Sally and Elisya exchange a quick glance and Elisya tells Sally telepathically that she can protect her and kill Markus if she has to. Sally nods and comes out from behind the table.

"I am not going with you to the manor, Uncle." Sally says calmly to Markus. Markus removes the blade from the innkeepers throat and shoves him into Benson, then turns to face Sally.

"What did you say to me?, he replies.

"I am NOT going with you to the manor and you cannot force me to do so", Sally responds calmly. Sally stands proudly in front of her uncle and waits for his next move. Markus lunges at Sally who weaves her way around Markus and stands beside Benson and the others.


"As I said, Uncle, I have no intention whatsoever of going with you, you can leave now and go home. I never want to see your face here again." Sally says. Markus looks at Sally and says gruffly, "if you will not come with me, I will kill you, right here in front of your friends."

Markus lunges at Sally again and this time, his blade connects with Sally's body. Sally falls to the ground as Markus runs away from the Inn.

Benson and Elisya rush to Sally and look at the wound, which will be fatal if Sally does not get help immediately. Sally looks at Elisya and Benson and says sadly, "looks like this is the end for me, thank you for your help last night in the Alley"

Elisya looks at the Innkeeper with an enquiring look. "Do you think I should feed her my blood to help her heal??" She asks the innkeeper. The innkeeper nods his head and tells her it is the only way to save her as the doctor was in the next town over and would not make it in time.

Sally looks at Elisya and says, "please don't let me die".
