I had to take Cadie to the emergency room tonight... She was jumping off the arm of the couch(something she's been told SEVERAL time NOT to do), and when she jumped she smacked her head on the corner of the desk that sits right next to the couch... She had to have 3 stitches, but she's otherwise fine... Anyway, she has informed us that she won't do it again... Somehow I'm not really all that convinced, lol... I bet she starts it again tomorrow when she gets in from school, lol... Anyway, I hope everyone else's night was better... Oh and here's a picture of her head:

So I heard water running in the bathroom this afternoon and asked my husband if he would go turn it off... Well when he got back there he yelled "NICOLE COME HERE." I was thinking "oh crap" as I ran back to the bathroom... I was so sure that the kids had flooded my bathroom floor... I never expected to find what I'm about to show you... I have been so depressed today with it being my birthday, and when I saw this I just couldn't help but to burst out in giggles... So here goes, this is what I found:

poor child..glad she wasn't hurt anymore than she was

Ouch! That looks like it must have hurt. I remember when one of my old friends as a kid had busted his head. Not a pretty site. Looked painful. Hope she's all better.

Ouch is right!!! I myself busted my head while I was in the sixth grade and had to get 7 staples so I know how Cadie feels. She'll most likely has a few headaches but that understandable though

She didn't even cry after we got the bleeding to stop... She even sat there and smiled at the doctor as he was scrubbing it clean so that they could numb it... She was very good...
