This time of year every where you look people are running around busy with their shopping trying to get this for that person and that for that person and some times they don't know what for another person. It seems people are more concerned with buying the right gift or cooking the perfect dish for a party, and seem to forget about what this time of year is about. Paying homage to the deity of choice and spending time with family. There are those that are not able to spend the holidays with their families this year and I know it is hard from the time that I sent in Iraq over the holidays and I would like to extend my thanks to the service members and their families this holiday season.

I was and am sooo happy you chose to spend christmas with me baby, i could never take it for granted. Last year, as you know, i had no people with me, i was stranded on my own away from everyone. it was hard. i can only imagine what those overseas go through at this time, though they do have their fellow comrades with them they are not alone.

Finally home but its only for a few days before I have to leave again. I am currently being kept out of state by the military for medical reasons and there is no perspective date on when I will get to come home for good. It is bother some for me and those in my family and those in my house, but they stand by my side and are very supportive and wait anxiously for the day that I will get released and get to come home.
