Here recently I have been having a major headache like once a week. It's getting old fast. Also adding a new symptom to the list. I have major heartburn daily. What the hell? I never have heartburn. I am getting ticked.

Cakes, chocolate.. anything with sugar gives me heartburn, but when I withdraw from sugar it gives me a headache. Vicious circle, doh :(

Caffeine and chocolate are pretty bad for headaches but to be sure, see the doctor, maybe its nothing to be worried about but its better to know @};-

Sweetie, the Headache could be high blood pressure , the heartburn could be Acid Reflux . go see a Doctor Both things are a easy fix believe me I have both.

stress? If the order was reverse, I'd say so, because sometimes heartburn causes headaches, believe it or not.

Alot of processed foods do as well. I would see a doc to make sure nothing's really wrong, i'm sure there's not, but just to make sure. It might give you peace of mind and some kick ass acid reflux killers.

Dr time.

Blood pressure as mentioned above is one culprit..and stress.If you are a coffee drinker,when you dont have it,you can get a headache.Another thing to consider is your water...has anything changed there? Either way,if its that bad its time for the Dr. I sure hope you get to feeling better soon.
